- This modification is to change the response date. FISC San Diego Regional Contracting Department is announcing its intent to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) in support of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTWEST (FRC-SW), NORTH ISLAND, SAN DIEGO, CA 92135-7058, for the following: On-site services and material to provide preventive maintenance, integrity testing and emergency repair of Above-Ground Storage Tanks (AST) applications and their ancillary electronic monitoring systems in accordance with the statement of work. Inspection and acceptance will be performed at Destination by the cognizant Government representative. The Government intends to award a Single Award Firm Fixed Price contract for a base year and three (3) one year options. NAICS: 238990; Qualified contractors that can provide this type of product(s) and or service(s) are encouraged to download a copy of the RFQ at the following websites: www.neco.navy.mil and www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation document will be available on or about August 30, 2010. Any subsequent amendments to the solicitation will also be posted to the listed websites. The solicitation period will close on COB 1600 PM, PST, September 13, 2010. This notice is issued as restricted to small businesses.
