- RECOVERY (ARRA) Award Notice Building 110 Track Shed Seismic Upgrades 4300 Goodfellow Blvd Bldg 110 St. Louis, MO 63120 RECOVERY ACT PROCUREMENT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This project will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The procurement is being made under the CMc IDIQ Contract for the primary geographical area of the greater St. Louis Metro Area including the cities of Cape Girardeau and Hannibal, Missouri, and the state of Missouri east of Columbia, Missouri. ***Contract GS06P07GYD0014 /GSP0610GZ5078 was awarded to Tarlton Corporation, 5500 West Park Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110*** The Federal Product Service Code is Z111. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 236220 (Building Alterations) and the size standard is $33.5 Million. Award amount is $1,276,000.00. Award date is 8/26/10. The work to be delivered under this task order includes, but is not limited to: providing seismic upgrades for the track shed of Building 110. Additional electrical, concrete, structural, roofing, fire protection work, and lead based paint removal will be provided as specified.
