- This listing is posted as AFNWC/PKOA formerly known as 377 CONS/LGCA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333314, Size Standard is 500 employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD0194A001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 effective 2 August 2010. The Government intends to award one contract line item number (CLIN) as follows: Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide services listed below: The following products are Olympus brand name or equal too. Leeds Precision High Speed Capture Workstation. Includes: Back illuminated EMCCD camera with >90% QE, IEEE 1394 interface 512 x 512 L3Vision frame transfer EMCCD from e2v Technologies 6x6 binning and ROI, 30fps full resolution @ 14 bits Stand alone controller. High speed capture software for recording directly to hard disc or Ram. Features include: Acquire in monochrome or color, from GigE, IEEE1394 (FireWire), analog, digital, CameraLink and USB2 cameras Acquire images as AVI, MOV, uncompressed or compressed with any Windows or Apple compatible CODEC installed Continuous loop or video buffering Export images as BMP, TIFF, multi TIFF, JPEG, PNG, FITS, AVI or MOV Export sequences to: AVI, MOV (Apple Quicktime format), BMP, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, FITS, DPX and more VCR style controls: Record, Play, Rewind, Fast Forward, Step and Pause Time stamps with IRIG B or GPS Playback according the time stamps of the images Playback forward, backward and at any speed (slow motion) Synchronized playback of multiple sequences One day training and installation at Kirtland Air Force Base, Albuquerque NM.
