- The general scope for this requirement include but is not limited to the removal and discard of three fire hydrants, capping of underground piping and abandon in place, the installation of three new fire hydrants, the replacement of an existing underground 6" fire hydrant supply pipe between the administration building and the parking lot near the fire storage tanks. Installation of six (6) new valves and all the incidental work related to this job.This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence in accordance with tiered evaluation directions outline in section M of the solicitation Estimated performance time: 60 calendar daysDue date for Offers: September 28, 2010 by 4:00 P.M.
