- RFP number changed to HC1028-10-R-2038 - Revised RFP Amendment 0004 - Makes various changes to RFP RFP Amendment 0001 : Which extended the release date of questions and answers from 4:00 p.m. CST, Friday, 21 May 2010 to 4:00 p.m. CST Tuesday, 25 May 2010 or sooner is attached as part of this posting. Amendment was erroneously omitted from the previous posting on 20 May 2010. RFP Amendment 0002 : Attached, incorporates the questions and answers relative to this effort. Due to anticipated changes to the RFP, the due date for proposals will be extended upon issuance of Amendment 0003 to outline the RFP changes. Another round of questions and answers is anticipated with the release of Amendment 0003. Issuance of Amendment 0003 will be on or about 14 June 2010. RFP Amendment 0003 : Attached. Suspends the Request for Proposal indefinitely pending changes to the solicitation. A new proposal due date will be outlined in the amendment that incorporates the changes. Written or verbal questions regarding the status of this RFP will not be answered. See the attached amendment 0003 for further details. RFP Amendment 0004 : Attached. Revises RFP from non-commercial to commercial service; changes contract type from CPFF to FFP/T&M; adds/deletes previous clauses/provisions accordingly; changes the form RFP is issued under from SF 33 to SF 1449 which also changes the RFP number to HC10282-10-R-2038; revises PWS and sample PWS to accomodate aforementioned changes; and extends the due date for submission of proposals. Revised RFP with new RFP number is hereby attached to this posting. Support the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) in meeting operational and information technology objectives of the DMO/EDW/BI program. This effort represents a continuation of system life cycle support services for the Agency's EDW and DMO program. Requirement involves performance of business studies and assessments in support of the array of Agency programs that interface with the EDW and/or DMO through the BI Branch. This effort requires qualified personnel, project management support, business and data analysis, data management, Information Assurance and non-personal technical services for system life cycle support services for DeCA's DMO/EDW/BI effort. These services shall include, but are not limited to: Project Management, Operational Support, Systems Administration, Database Administration, Data Transformation, Performance Measurement, Security/Information Assurance, Disaster Recovery, Data Management, Data Modeling, Metadata Management and Requirements Validation, Data Architecture, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Design and Development of Enterprise Data Interfaces and Business Intelligence Solutions and Reports, Application Systems Design, Application Programming, Database design, conversion, and implementation, Complex BI Semantic Layer Design, Complex Data Query and Report Design, Test and Evaluation, Business Intelligence User Support, Technical Documentation, Studies and Assessments, and DMO/EDW/BI Configuration Management IDIQ Contract with a Base Year and 4 Option Years.
