- The Fleet Readiness Center (FRC), East, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point has a requirement for replacement of fire alarm panels with single IFC-640 for Bldg 4033, and install 9 duct detectors, install test stations for duct detectors, 9 relay modules for AHU shutdown, install 2 pull stations, provide programming, commissioning, and testing for full operation for Bldg 4035. The government intends to procure this service and parts from Johnson Controls, Inc., 395 N Green Meadows Dr., Wilmington, N.C., cage code 7F518. The fire alarm panel is an existing fire alarm to be installed in Building 4033. All fire alarm enclosures, doors, panel dress plates must be for this alarm panel. The pull stations and interface modules must be Johnson Controls in order to interface with IFC-640 Johnson Controls panel. No other pull stations or interface modules will operate with this panel. The duct detectors to be installed in Building 4035 are proprietary and will not work with other systems. Johnson Controls fire alarm monitor modules, duct detectors and remote test stations are the only modules, duct detectors and remote test stations that will operate on the existing fire alarm system.
