- This solicitation is being issued as 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. A Firm Fixed Priced Contract is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov as a pre-solication/solicitation combination. Offeror may obtain a copy of the solicitctio at this site. The FSC 5440, the NAICS code is 444130, ant the size standard is 500 for this requiremnet. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be concidered by the above agency. By submission of a proposal, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
