- The Network Contracting Activity, VISN 9, Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Memphis Pathology Laboratory to provide Stat Lab Testing Services for Pathology/Laboratory Services located at the Memphis VA Medical Center, Memphis, Tennessee. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency's requirement.
