- SOW This requirement has been changed to a commodity in lieu of a service. I have attached a copy of the revised Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a requirement of non-personal services to provide all electronic components, equipment, supplies to procure and install the necessary components for the existing Micro Key Central Station/Alarm Monitoring System and Servers for building 377, the Base Fire Department, 263, the Security Forces Headquarters, and the Crash Station building 2074, located at Robins Air Force Base, Ga. All equipment is to be installed according to applicable codes and must integrate into the existing system. Personnel performing in the capacity of supervisor and/or lead technician shall be factory trained and provide proof of certification to the government award. Contractor shall establish and provide manuals identifying components and location of all newly installed equipment and parts. This procurement includes all labor, parts, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform. Performance shall be IAW the requirements contained in the Statement of Work (SOW). Sole Source: Micro Key Software, Inc Justification for Sole Source: Micro Key Solutions is the only company that can provide this upgrade because they are the only distributers of the Micro Key program. The system currently in use is an Micro Key Monitoring system at Robins AFB, Ga. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier.
