- This notice is for Project No. 623-10-006, Correct Outstanding Deficiencies on 5 East Inpatient Behavioral Medicine, at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, Muskogee, OK. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). All SDVOSB ™s may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. If your firm is not legally designated as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, you are not eligible to bid on this project. This procurement is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $33.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The work for this requirement consists of general construction, demolition, mechanical and electrical work to upgrade shower thermostatic valves, construct a sally port, install ceiling acoustical panels in hallways, and upgrade all HVAC registers and grilles on 5 East Building 53 as required by project drawings and specifications. All work shall comply with local and state codes. Construction duration is 196 days. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 24 June 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Only bidders attending the mandatory site visit will be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Specifications and drawings will be uploaded on or about June 11, 2010. Specifications and plans will be available for download from the fedbizopps site http:fbo.gov. Amendments to this solicitation will be posted at the fedbizopps website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps to receive notification of amendments.
