- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: General Statement of Need: The availability and capability of qualified business sources that can provide a laboratory analytical instrument designed and manufactured for measurement of protein biomarkers, such as phosphoproteins, cytokines and other signaling molecules. The analytical instrument as listed herein, as requested by authorized VA Staff, in order to support the Jamaica Plain campus of VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS), 150 South Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02130. The equipment provided under this contractor shall be F.O.B. Destination; fuel surcharges shall not be allowed nor added to the invoice.
