- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items: 1) Services for MIT Industrial Liaison Program (MIT ILP) for one year. The service that will need to be provided is: a.) facilitated interactions with faculty, including private meetings with MIT experts and customized workshops; b.) admission to MIT Conferences and events; c.) access Knowledge Base, Placing, and access to the MIT Library. This requirement is sole sourced to Massachusetts Institute of Technology, W98-400 600 Memorial Dr., Cambridge, MA 02139, since they are the only program found that facilitates interaction with MIT faculty, provides access and knowledge that is unavailable or extremely time consuming and expensive to access. Any firms believing that they can provide this exact service may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the service without causing hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Respond to John P.
