- END ITEM APPLICATION: 40A- HELICOPTER, BLACK HAWK, UH-60A, PR No: 0026799262. This solicitation will contain one NSN - 5342-01-526-9009 for a MOUNT, RESILIENT, WEAPON. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Quantity contract for a quantity of 56 each. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery: 189 days ARO. This is a 1B item; in accordance with drawing number 70361-08015 REV "H" DTD 11-20-05; SOURCE, SKF AEROSPACE SEALING SOLOTIONS CAGE CODE: 80201 P/N: B40-80-8071. SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION CAGE CODE: (78286), P/N 70361-08015-102. SKF USA INC. CAGE CODE: (80201) P/N B40-80-8071. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application Item applies, Export Control Applies, Stock buy. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 14, 2010. Other than full and open competition applies.
