- This is a presolicitation synopsis. This Presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The National Guard Bureau is seeking potential Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for a Training Support Services IDIQ contract. If adequate SDVOSBs are available, this solicitation will be set-aside for SDVOSB concerns. The work will include the following: (1) Design/Build Curricula/Courses/Programs; (2) Deliver/Execute Curricula/Courses/Programs; (3) Assess/Analyze/Evaluate Curricula/Courses/Programs; (4) Modify Curricula/Courses/Programs; and, (5) Deployment/Redeployment Planning/Operations/Management. However, this list is not all inclusive. The contract and task orders will be non-personal in nature. The work will primarily be located within central and southern Indiana, but may include limited travel to overseas locations where contingency operations occur. The Government intends to award one indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract and issue task orders as Labor Hour, Firm Fixed Price or Cost Reimbursable for an ordering period of up to 1 year, with 4 1-year option periods (for a total of 5 years); anticipated maximum ordering value is $75M. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 8748 and North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 541690. The size standard for this NAICS is $7.0 million. No solicitation is currently available. Responses should include the following information: 1. Offerors name, addresses, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. 2. Offerors business size to include other socioeconomic designations (HUBZone, 8(a), SDVOSB, etc.) 3. Statement of capability (SOC). The SOC shall contain pertinent and specific information addressing the following areas: (a) Proof of SDVOSB, status; (b) Expertise in providing personnel capable of performing in the area of Training Support Services; and (c) Demonstration of similar contract performance within the last three years. SOCs are limited to 15 pages (original and 2 copies) must be received no later than 1:00 P.M. on 14 September 2010. This notice is to assist the National Guard Bureau in determining potential SDVOSB sources only. Any costs incurred as a result of this announcement shall be borne by the Offeror and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement.
