- Attachment 2, Specifications, pages 8-13 Attachment 2, Maps pages 5-7 Attachment 2, Maps pages 1-4 Attachment 1, Statement of Work Contract Document SF-1449, Solicitation for Commercial Items The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Wisconsin is seeking a Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals required for native grassland revegetation and maintenance action in Avon Township in Rock County, WI. All work shall be done in accordance with the Statement of Work and the Specifications. Work involves site preparation, seeding native species in specified areas and providing post-seeding maintenance (mowing) for the purpose of restoring and enhancing habitat on three (3) separate Wetland Reserve Program parcels in Rock County, Wisconsin. Seeding shall be completed after October 22, 2010 and before snow cover exceeds 3 inches. Post planting/seeding maintenance is scheduled periodically throughout 2011 and 2012. The site showing is scheduled for Friday, September 3. The site showing will begin at 8:30AM at 10436 South Hopkins Road. It is on Hopkins Road between Beloit-Newark Road and Douglas Road, T1N R10E, Brodhead, WI 53520. After a brief meeting concerning the request for quote process and contract requirements, the group will receive a tour of the work sites.
