Description: KMS INDUSTRY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT The Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR), is sponsoring an unclassified Knowledge Management System (KMS) pre-solicitation conference industry day on 09 September 2010. This event is open to GSA schedule holders only. The purpose of the event is to provide an overview of the KMS program, further clarify requirements and inform industry of the program requirements. (Reference: previous Sources Sought announcement N57023-10-S-0001 KMS) The industry day will be held on 09 September 2010 at the COMOPTEVFOR Headquarters, 7970 Diven Street, Norfolk, VA 23505 from 1PM to 4PM EST in the COMOPTEVFOR auditorium. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposals, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. COMOPTEVFOR will not assume liability or cost incurred by an attendee for travel, marketing etc; therefore, attendee costs in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct or indirect charge to the Government. The DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) will be posted no later than (NLT) close of business (COB) (1600) on 31 August 2010. Written questions will be accepted at the point of contact email below with answers to be provided at the industry day on 09 September. Industry Day Registration This is no-fee event. Attendees are required to pre-register by completely filling out the attached registration form and returning it to aninze.awanna@cotf.navy.mil cc: tywanda.green@cotf.navy.mil by COB (1600) 08 September 2010. Late registrations and śwalk-in ť requests will not be permitted. Email confirmation will be provided upon receipt of your completed registration.
