- This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number N4446610RC320 is issued as a request for Quote (RQF). the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. This solicitation is One Hundred percent Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS 334419. The Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, Ga requires the following item 1. DATABUS Tester model S2476N troubleshooting and testing of the shipboard 1553 DataBus Network. The Government reservers the right to Award on All or None Basis.
