- RECOVERY. GSA PUBLIC BUILDING SERVICES OFFERS THIS NOTICE FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to Emcor Government Services, the Commercial Facilities Maintenance contractor for the Thomas P. O'Neill Federal Office Building. The base contract was competed under a full and open competition. This notice is not a solicitation for offers. This procurement is a delivery order to support the ARRA O'Neill FOB Renovation project at the T.P. O'Neill FOB in Boston, MA. Emcor will provide support to the Construction project by providing utility shutdowns, door and hardware changes, security coordination, temporary fire life safety support in the form of sprinkler identification, shutdown for the building. This delivery order will be awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing via email to linda.byrne@gsa.gov.
