- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirement associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and ReInvestment Act of 2009, the Forest Service awarded a fixed price task order under its competitively awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract number AG-4419-D-10-0174 for mapping and flagging 13,200 acres of Non-Native Invasive Plants on the Francis Marion National Forest. The task order incorporated contract clauses required for projects using Recovery Act funds.
