- It is the intent of this agency to award a contract. This agency intends to award a purchase order to CareFusion Solutions, Inc. 3750 Torrey View Ct. San Diego, CA 92130. 6 MDG requires the following: This purchase will provide the 6 MDG Pharmacy an agreement that is covered by the company to include remote diagnostic testing and support, field service, replacement parts, preventative maintenance, comprehensive software maintenance updates, technical support for the CareFusion Solutions, Inc server and customer service for all installed CareFusion Solutions, Inc. applications. A contract for annual maintenance and repair for the 6 MDG Pharmacy, will be awarded to CareFusion Solutions, Inc. following no response back to this notice of intent. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the contracting administrator before the date listed on this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. If no response to this notice is received by 1:00PM EST on Tuesday, 07 September 2010, the award for annual maintenance and repair of Carefusion Solutions server and all installed Carefusion Solutions application will be made to CareFusion Solutions.
