- Description
- This solicitation will contain one NSN 2835-01-035-0910, for a Lever, Switch for an Aircraft, Galaxy C-5. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Definitive Quantity Contract for a quantity of 58 each. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Delivery: 116 Days ARO. This procurement will be solicited as a Unrestricted, using other than full and open competition. This procurement shall be in accordance with (I/A/W) Part Number 367087-1, Sole Source to TRANSDIGM (Cage Code 81833). Quantity variance is zero. Effective 1 June 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 14, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https//www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading. In the Search Categories, click the Submit button. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
