- Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transporation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to provide maintenance support on the Water Softener Systems in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, industry standard practices and in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed at Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract with a Time & Materials Line Item is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance is 1 October 2010 - 30 September 2011 with two (2) one year option periods. The estimated award date is 27 September 2010. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of 500 employees. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not own the data rights or processes for repair of these machines. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
