- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Dallas, Texas 75247 intends to award a sole source contract to HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc., Fairfield, VA for various repair parts and supply items in support of a previously purchased Base-X shelter system pursuant to FAR 13.501. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
