- The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City office is issuing a purchase order to Remote Sensing Solutions Inc. no later than September 13, 2010 to develop the software change for the Airborne Atmospheric Measurement and Profiling System (AAMPS) to transfer data from the NOAA aircraft to a ground server. Market research for this requirement included posting a Sources Sought Notice on the Federal Business Opportunities website on August 20, 210, and checking the General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contracts. No responses were received for the Sources Sought Notice. No matches were found for GSA schedule contracts. This notice of intent to award to Remote Sensing Solutions Inc. does not invite a response.
