- NTW Amendment 2 AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Delete clauses 52.219-8 and 52.219-25 and replace them with their approved Deviations 2. Add clause 52.204-10, "REPORTING EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION AND FIRST-TIER SUBCONTRACT AWARDS (JUL 2010) 3. Correct the Past Performance labels in the Cross Reference Matrix in Section L 4. Post Industry Questions and Government responses. The response date for proposals remains 2:00 PM Eastern time, 15 Sept 2010. All other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
