- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole source basis from Innova-Con, Inc., 2521 Schieffelin Road, Suite 136, Apex, North Carolina 27502-4400 the following devices: Part ICCE52-GB5, GPS Wood Slat PTT, qty 6; Part ICPP04DEPL, Mini Power-Pak PTT with Extended Power Leads, qty 5; Part ICCY02DRB1, Cylinder PTT, High Power 1-Cell, qty 12; Part ICCE11DB2, Fishing Buoy 2 x C-Cell, qty 6 and Part ICCE09DB3, Cowling PTT, Yahm-200HP, 3Cell with motion qty 3. These devices are required to interface to the sponsors existing system architecture in support of world-wide field operations in remote locations. Innova-Con ™s hardware is designed to fully comply with the data collections system deployed by the sponsor. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334419, 500 employees. This procurement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The order shall be firm fixed priced. FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation; quotes are being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The synopsis number is N00178-10-Q-4084 and is a Request for Quote. All responses should reference synopsis number N00178-10-Q-4084. Interested parties should submit quotes no later than September 07, 2010 by 2:00 p.m. EST to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 6146 Tisdale Road, Suite 235, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5158.
