- Sole Source Letter for the 360 virtual tour The 375 AMW Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source contract to Handstand Productions LLC, by other than full and open competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2). The Medical Logistical Office has requested a product that can be matched with similar products previously created by Handstand Productions. Handstand Productions has already built the interactive design and interface for the DoD web. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 512110. This is not considered a Request for Quote (RFQ). Handstand Productions LLC is the only known source for this requirement.
