- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: MATOC As part of Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recovery Act, this modification has been issued to Alltech Engineering, to perform the following work: The contractor shall update fabrication drawings and construct six (6) new draft tube gates in accordance with all applicable codes and regulations. Reduce the quantitites for structural and weldd repair by removing all unused quantities for the draft tub gates and intake bulkheads. Also, remove amounts of weld repair alloted to the intake power gates that is not required to repair those gates.
