- OO-ALC/PKOA intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract, under Federal Axquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for comercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement consitiutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested and a seperate written request for quotation will not be issued.
