- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a new requirement for the repair of exterior lighting at USARC Houston. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0156 will be available on or about 31 Aug 2010. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 7 September 2010 at 10:00 AM (Central Time). Site Visit Location is: U.S. Army Reserve Center, Houston, 14555 Scholl Road, Houston, TX 77034-5617 The primary Site Visit POC is SSG Dustin Jaeger, (832) 545-0342. Alternate Site Visit POC: Karen Hancock, (210) 724-6584. Proposals are due 15 September 2010 at 2:30 pm (Pacific Time). This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of $14 Million. Performance period is 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated magnitude for this project is less than $25,000. Payment and performance bonds are not required for this project The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-T-0156 will be available on or about 31 Aug 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract.
