- RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. These services are being funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to Prometheus Computing, LLC under the pre-existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract No. SB1341-09-CQ-0044. Task Order Number 10408 will be for the contractor to provide the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) technical support in executing tasks of Smart Grid Priority Action Plans (PAP), specifically PAP on IP, PAP on wireless and PAP on power line communications and PAPs to be established by the SGIP for home area networks, neighborhood area networks and wide area network. The contactor shall also help to assess the performance of these protocols for smart grid applications, assess proposals for the network architectures, and work with standards developing organizations. This is not a solicitation.
