- Professional services to inventory, evaluate, protect, and manage unique archaeological resources located in Lincoln County, Nevada. The solicitation is unrestricted under NAICS code 541990, with a size standard of $7 million.See attachments included with this solicitation, for complete information. Emailed responses must be received no later than October 30, 2010. Multiple awards are anticipated from this solicitation. The BLM administers funds generated by the Lincoln County Land Act of 2000 (Act). The Act provides for the sale of public land in Lincoln County, NV, with the sale proceeds available, in part, for archaeological studies within Lincoln County (NV). These proceeds are used to fund proposals that deal with aspects of the inventory, evaluation, protection, and management of unique archaeological resources in the County. Proposals shall include a performance-based statement of work detailing a description of work to be done, method of accomplishing the work, deadlines, and performance standards (see attached for complete proposal requirements). Proposals awarded to federal government agencies will result in interagency agreements. Proposals awarded to the public will use simplified acquisition procedures to the extent possible with resulting contracts that are firm-fixed-price. The contractor or government agency shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies, and incidentals to perform the work as stated in its proposal. The contractor or government agency will be responsible for writing the performance-based statement of work for its proposal. All offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
