- ***ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE OF SOLICITATION electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is September 10, 2010.*** The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Project area is located in Lincoln County on the Siuslaw National Forest. The Government's Estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement listed herein is Unrestricted Competition per FAR 19.10 The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Estimated start work date is October 4, 2010. Description: Work includes: The work of this project involves the work needed to prepare and paint the Waldport Ranger Station, located at 1130 Forestry Lane, Waldport, OR 97394-0400. Location: From Newport, Oregon, travel south on Highway 101 for approximately 16.4 miles; turn left onto Forestry Lane (look for the Waldport Ranger Station sign at the crest of the hill); the street address for the Ranger Station is 1130 Forestry Lane, Waldport, OR 97394.
