Description
The following questions are answered in response to W91B4P-10-R-0068: 1. The manning depicted in Schedule B does not reflect the manning listed in Table 3 of the PWS. a. How many personnel are required by CLIN? 54 guards, 3 shift leaders, 1 site supervisor= 58 total b. Do the personnel numbers reflect 12 hour shifts? 8 hour shifts 2. Will the USG provide internet (NIPR) access to the Site Manager's office in addition to the landline provided by the USG? Yes, provided the Site Manager has at least a Secret Clearance 3. What is the size of the perimeter at BAK DC? 510M 4. How many NVGs will be required? 8 minimum 5. How many vehicles will be required for inter-site movement? None 6. Will the government consider establishing a minimum requirement for the site manager to be a US/NATO Expat with a secret clearance and at least one year of experience working overseas managing static security operations? YES 7. If the government requires the Site Manager to be a US/NATO Expat, will DFAC support be authorized for this position? YEs 8. Will the government consider establishing a minimum requirement for the shift supervisorsto be English/Dari speaking TCNs with at least one year of experience working overseas as a supervisor and/or a guard commander in support of static security operations? YES 9. If the government requires shift supervisors to English/Dari speaking TCNs, will DFAC support be authorized for this position? YES
