- VA-263-10-RQ-0377 MRI COMPATABLE VENTILATORS The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Pulmonetic Systems Inc for two (2) LTV1200 MRI compatible ventilators complete package design per FAR 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334510 and the size standard is 750 employees. The award will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract on or about August 30, 2010. These MRI compatible ventilators are being requested for patient safety and continuity of care from the respiratory staff trained on the LTV1200 ventilators currently owned by the medical center. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation will be issued and proposals will not be accepted. However, any Small Business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses the financial capacity with relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice to the Contracting Officer within five (5) days from this notice ™s publication date.
