- The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question posed by a potential quoter. Question: The description of the instruments includes the term API 4000 LC/MS/MS, yet the serial number would suggest the presence of the MS/MS only, not the LC. We are assuming this is an oversight, that the LC module is not part of this submission. Is that correct? Answer: Correct, the LC modules for the five instruments are not part of the submission. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation, including end date and time, remain unchanged and in full effect.
