- This is a combined Synopsis Solicitation, Sole Source Requirement with Spectral Dynamics, Inc., 2730 Orchard Pkwy, San Jose, CA 95134-2012 for Maintenance of Spectral Dynamics 2570 Multi-Shaker Vibration Control System and Sun Ultra 25. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request for quote (RFP) N00174-10-Q-0203 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. Solicitations are ONLY available through download from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov and NECO at www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors are ineligible for award unless registered in DOD s Central Contractor Registration Database (CCR at http://www.ccr.gov/) with completed and up to date representations and certifications for the NAICS code 811219, Size Standard $7M, of this synopsis within Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA at http://www.orca.bpn.gov). Information regarding CCR and ORCA can be found through the Business Partners Network (BPN at http://www.bpn.go). Offerors must provide with their proposal a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2003).Response must be received no later 4:00 p.m. EST on 10 September 2010.
