- Attachment 1 - Specifications Sections C thru M - Solicitation Section B - Schedule of Items Section A - SF1449 *RECOVERY* This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number AG-4419-S-10-0793. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. The USDA - Forest Service intends to award a Firm Fixed price Contract for the following project: Located on the Cheoah Ranger District in the Nantahala National Forest of North Carolina, the purpose of this project is to procure explosives and storage for use on the Joyce Kilmer National Recreation Trail Price range: Between $25,000 and $100,000 This procurement is unrestricted (FAR 19.10) For further information regarding this project, please contact the Project Manager/COR, Mr. Scott Haas at 828-259-0527. ********************************************************************************** IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ********************************************************************************* Instructions to Bidders Please submit 1 copy of completed: Section A (SF1449), Section B (Schedule of Items) and a narrative/supporting documentation addressing your firms qualifications as they apply to Section M (Evaluation Factors).
