- RFQ Info sheet for vendors to complete Essential Characteristics for KC-135 Cargo Lighting Kit It is the intent of the AMC Specialized Contracting Branch to award a firm fixed price Purchase Order to one vendor to provide sixteen (16) man-portable KC-135 lighting system kits for on board the KC-135 plane. The lighting kits must have passed KC-135 Safe-to-Fly Certification Testing standards. Delivery is to be made to 375 PMI Ctr Bldg 4020, 120 South Adams St, Scott AFB, IL 62225. This requirement will be set aside for 100% Small Businesses. The Government anticipates award at the lowest total price technically acceptable meeting the stated requirements for the line items. A response to this request shall consist of completetion of Attachment 2, Request for Quote FA4452-10-Q-A074 Information Sheet and submission of proof for KC-135 Safe-to-Fly Certification. Cost/price quotes shall be in accordance with items listed above and include a seperate Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for the units and shipping. Information shall be provided in a format that reflects the item's descriptive literature and quoted rate. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the offeror by the Government.
