- Services Nonpersonal: Provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, personnel and materials necessary to provide aircraft latrine servicing at Keesler AFB, MS. All work shall be in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance is 01 Oct 10 - 30 Sep 11. Estimated issue date for the solicitation is 27 Aug 10. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Applicable NAICS is 562991 and the size standard is $6.5M. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency. The solicitation may be downloaded at www.fbo.gov. All prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) prior to award of any DOD contract. Registration for both may be accomplished at www.ccr.gov. There is a link to register in ORCA at the site. Additionally, all invoicing is done electronically through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
