- This is a notice of the the intent to award a stand alone contract actionfor the repair of the tension fabric at the HMH unit located at CampLemonnier, Djibouti. This action is proposed to obtain replacement fabric and on-site,specialized technical support only. It is intended that all labor to removethe existing fabric and install the replacement fabric will be providedunder this contract action. The estimated construction cost magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.The contract duration is estimated at 60 calendar days.
