- FAR Clauses for Services Scope of Work DOL Wage Rates for Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for landscaping services for the US Coast Guard. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The request for quotation (RFQ) is HSCG33-11-Q-PTF000. The synopsis/solicitation constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses as outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (see attached). This solicitation is being set-aside for Total Small Business. Contractor is to provide grounds maintenance services for manicured lawns, trees and shrubs, planting beds, ground cover, and to maintain irrigation system in accordance with the attached scope of work. Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses and the Department of Labor Wage Rates for services are included in this solicitation and are applicable (see attached). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0. This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract and may be awarded as a Base plus Option Year (2 years) contract. Prior to submitting a quote, a mandatory site visit must be performed on September 7, 2010 at 09:00 AM (PST). For security reasons, all site visit requests must be submitted to Greg Hermsen via email at gregory.m.hermsen@uscgmil or (206) 217-6370 prior to September 6, 2010 at 3:30 PM (PST). Quotes will not be considered if a site visit has not been performed. All quotes shall be submitted to Greg Hermsen via email to gregory.m.hermsen@uscg.mil or via fax (206) 217-6732. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 3:30 PM (PST) on September 13, 2010.
