- PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO FIVE MATOC CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): INTERSTEEL, W912QR-09-D-0016; HOWARD W. PENCE, W912QR-09-D-0017; Q.B.S., W912QR-09-D-0018; TJC ENGINEERING INC, W912QR-09-D-0019; AND BARLOVENTO, W912QR-09-D-0034. This contract is a military (MILCON), bid-build type, conventional construction project under the Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC), Hubzone format with Corps of Engineers in-house design drawings and specifications. There is no design required by the contractor or his subcontractors except as an extension of design. The contractor shall perform all work to trade standards, unless otherwise indicated in the design drawings and specifications, in conformance with the HUBZONE MATOC contract, and shall meet usual code requirements such as the latest versions of IBC and NFPA, etc.
