- This is a notice with the intent to advertise for a stand alonecontract to replace tension fabric at the HMH hanger located at CampLemonnier, Djibouti. The Government intends for this action to be awarded to obtain replacementfabric and on-site, specialized technical support only. It is intended thatall labor to remove the existing fabric and install the replacement fabricbe provided by the awardee. The magnitude of the construction cost is estimated to be between $25,000and $100,000. The estimated contract duration consists is 60 calendar daysfrom contract award. The seed project includes the replacement of four expeditionary lookoutswith towers at NSA Bahrain.
