- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK intends to award a sole source purchase order to Beckman Coulter, Inc for Hematology Analyzer Service and Maintenance. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.303. The anticipated award date is 1 October 2010. This notice is neither a request for competition proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 31 August 2010 at 12:00 PM Alaska Time.
