- The WARNG located at Camp Murray, WA 98430 intents to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to L-3 INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY for the WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD. L-3 INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY is the only company working directly with WASHINGTON NATIONAL GUARD. L-3 INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY is the only company that can repair our AN/PEQ 15s since they are also the manufacturer. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because L-3 INSIGHT TECHNOLOGY is the only authorized company working directly with the WAARNG.
