- This Special Notice is to notify the public that the Bid Package for this requirement is posted against Solicitation L10PS01513 due to system problems. The amendment 1 against L10PS01513 is the Bid Pakage for Section 32 AML Remediation Project for Palm Spring Office. Please submit your proposal via US Postal or through Fedconnect against L10PS01513 but reference L10PS01512. The Bureau of Lang Management (BLM), Palm Springs Field Office has requirement for remediation of 13 abandoned mine land features on public lands, Section 32 Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) which is managed by the Palm Springs Field Office.
