Description

SOLICITATION SAQMMA10R0356 Vendors must be an approved FEDLINK vendor who has been awarded a Basic Order Agreement for the FY2011 FEDLINK Serials Contract. The U.S. Department of State, Office of the Librarian, requires subscription services that include all the tasks necessary to execute and manage new and renewal subscriptions to serial publications.. The Office of the Librarian will use the FEDLINK Serials Contract for the basis of our requirements and Request for Quotes will be sent to all vendors awarded Basic Order Agreements based on the requirements of the FEDLINK RFP LCFDL10R4000. The Scope of Work is described in detail in Section C of the FEDLINK Serials Contract LCFDL10R4000. The U.S. Department of State, Office of the Librarian requires the vendor to comply with all of the Lot 1 services as described in the FEDLINK Serials Contract plus several of the options described in Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the FEDLINK Serials Contract. The details of the additional Lot 2 and Lot 3 requirements are described in Attachments B (Checklist - DOSV.doc) and C (Additional Specifications - DOSV.doc). The vendor must be an approved FEDLINK vendor who has been awarded a Basic Order Agreement for the FY2011 FEDLINK Serials Contract.
