- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is issuing a solicitation for Radiopharmaceuticals for the following VISN 12 facilities: Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI; Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, Chicago, IL; and the Edward J. Hines, Jr. VA Hospital, Hines, IL. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR part 13.5 Commercial Items - Test Program. The RFQ VA-69D-09-RQ-0505 will be advertised under NAICS Code 325412 with a size standard of 750 employees. Only offerors from those firms regularly established in business of providing this type of service will be considered. This solicitation will be advertised and available for download on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about August 26, 2010. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any and all posted amendments. Any and all questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to rose.birkholz@va.gov by COB August 31, 2010. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
