- This requirement will be to equip two separate Power Test Dynamometers Units by supplying and installing two (2) Rypos Hybrid Diesel Particular Filters(HDPF) Model RH400 Series-M-C Active Filter (or equivalent brand) with Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) installed in Power Test Dynamometers on two Caterpillar C7 Diesel Engines. SOLICITATION and REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) will be posted on NECO and FedBizOpps on or about 2 September 2010.
